How to buy from us
How do I find my file or have it made for me?
Option 1 - Download/read out the original file from the car.
Option 2 - If you have not downloaded the original file from the car, but you have identified the ECU data.
If you then find your file, you can buy and download the file directly.
If you can't find you files, please download/read out the file from the car, and follow Option 1 above.
Who do I pay and download my file?
First you need to create an account
Click on "About us", in the bottom you will find a "Register here" button.
Please register, and make sure you fill out the Mobile/SMS number, as this will give you free SMS notification when your files are ready for download.
After this is done, the account will be reviewed, and if we need some more info we will contact you.
After the account is approved, you can go to the next steps.
Buy the file
After you have found your file, please click "Buy now", or "Add to chart" Then click "Checkout"
You will now be able to chose between paying with Credit Card, Paypal or use your Prepaid Credit Account*
After payment is done you will automatically be redirected to the download page, you will also find all your bought files in your own personal file library
* Prepaid Credit Account
All our customers have the option to prepay into their own credit account, to avoid using Paypal or credit card for each file.
To load your credit account you just search for "credit" in the search field and buy this the normal way. We will load you account with this value (1 Credit = 1 Euro)
You will in "My account" have full visibility on all transaction done on your account.
SLAVE TOOLS: If you have a Slave tool that requires special files, YOU CAN NOT use the files online.
What you then need to do, is to upload the file as described in the Option 1 above and we will make this special file for you. We do not charge anything extra to handle slave tools.
Things to notice:
All petrol files on the web are 98 Octane if not otherwise specified. For other files, please send us the original file by upload or email.
